Historical weather > Snow depht
I have collected some snow depth history of the South-Eastern area (close to Oslo) of Norway, plus details from their own measurements at Tranby. Here you will find snow measurements from several locations in the South-Eastern part of Norway from 2000 to the present day. The data is taken from the metrological department and own Tranby (Grindene).
I have also received permission to use measurements from several (Svenkerud) and Oslo - Holmenkollen (Voksenlia) by Steinar Midtskogen voksenlia.net. On some of the stations at Meteorological Institute, there were single measurements missing. These are equalized in the graph so that it will be hung together. The separate measurements are made at Tranby in the southwest-facing swath of terrain and show too little compared to flat ground. The sun get a good grip in the snow and makes it especially in the spring showing less snow than there is in the terrain in the forests.
